What if my package was shipped back to the warehouse

If you item is shipped back to our warehouse because your customer wasn't home, or the address is bad, you will be charged another shipping fee to cover the cost of ups or fedex bringing it back to us.  If the customer refuses an order, or tells the shipping company it was cancelled, you will also incur this shipping fee.
